Holly-Hunter
Holly Hunter was an American actress who became famous in the film Broadcast News The Firm The Piano The Incredibles. The actress has received many awards for her performance, including an Oscar. Early on, the accomplished actress began playing on stage for various Broadway or Off-Broadway productions. As a child, Helen Keller was her favourite character in a fifth grade show. Following a bout of mumps, she went blind on the other side of her ear. However, this didn't stop her from pursuing her dream to become an actor. When she was a teenager, she took classes in drama at college before moving from Pittsburgh to New York City from Pittsburgh in order to follow her dreams. She ran into Beth Henley in an elevator and they worked together in Broadway Crimes of the Heart, Hunter's first film. Her first film role came after she relocated to Los Angeles. She has since appeared in a number of movies, television shows and films over the course of a 30-year career. Holly Hunter was awarded a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star and the Women in Film Lucy Award.
